Individual Therapy

I provide weekly individual therapy for kids and teens (ages 5-17), offering a safe and supportive space to explore emotions, build coping skills, and work through various challenges. I tailor treatment to your child or teen's unique needs and may use play therapy, CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, and/or Coping Cat.

Parent-Child Interaction Therapy

PCIT is an evidence-based treatment for young children ages 3-8 with emotional or behavioral difficulties. PCIT strengthens the parent-child relationship through live coaching sessions, helping caregivers learn effective strategies to manage challenging behaviors while building warmth, trust, and positive communication.

Parent Coaching

I work with the parents of my child and teen clients to support caregivers in better understanding and responding to their child or teen’s emotional and behavioral needs. These sessions are designed to provide practical strategies and strengthen the parent-child relationship.

Session Fees

$265 per 50-minute session

Insurance

I am an out-of-network provider, which means I do not accept insurance directly. However, I am happy to provide a monthly superbill (i.e., a detailed receipt of services) that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. I recommend checking with your provider to learn more about your out-of-network mental health benefits.
